How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, please either:

• visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you checked out with, or
• contact our support team via the contact page and we will assist you.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
